3″ Passive Diffusion Charcoal Canisters can be used for any large survey project. These canisters will be bulk-packed, NOT individually boxed, and can be used for a 2 to 7 day exposure period. To determine the amount of canisters needed for a specific site, use the following EPA Protocol as a guideline:
“…radon measurements should be made in all rooms frequently used on and below the ground level…..if an area is an open-plan layout and does not have individual rooms, measurements should be taken every 2,000 square feet.”
