Shipping Policy

Radon Testing Corporation of America, Inc. (RTCA®) ships orders from our facility in Elmsford, NY by UPS ground service, unless otherwise specified by the client. Internet orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders.

Shipping price will be determined by the weight of purchase, destination zip code and shipping option selected, which will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

Returns

RTCA® Testing Services

There is a no return and no refund policy for the testing services provided by RTCA®. If user decides not to use RTCA®’s services, a user may not be reimbursed for unused test kits. Prices are subject to change without notice.
